Bookout
Policy
Some
of you may be unfamiliar with our agency bookout policy, or just
need a friendly reminder. A bookout is ANY block of time that is
NOT FLEXIBLE. Practically anything can be considered a bookout,
from a medical appointment to a planned vacation to an unavailable
afternoon.
We keep track of your schedule and make literal use of it for auditions
and bookings. Producers and clients may only give us a few hours
notice, or they may ask us to look ahead several months.

Bookouts MUST
be reported to the agency via e-mail to bookout@marycollins.com
or by fax to 214-871-8945. Same day bookouts may be phoned
in to the agency.
If you have no flexibility with a part time job, a play schedule,
class, or even volunteer work, you must inform us of your unavailability
before it occurs.

It is easier to address schedule conflicts early in the booking
process. Trying to change audition or calltimes after the client
has set their schedule is difficult, inconvenient and sometimes,
impossible.
